Our products aim to do one thing: save startup founders and small business owners time, money, and peace of mind. We started by demystifying complicated tax credits, saving over $100M – and countless hours of tax code research ????– for founders in nearly every industry. Then, we introduced MainStreet Procurement, simplifying expense management and contract negotiation for teams without the means to do it themselves, as well as our treasury management product that helps customers earn better yields on their cash reserves. Since our sort-of viral beginnings in 2019, we’ve raised a $60M Series A (more on that later), launched three product lines (with more in the works), and grew from 3 employees to 160+. leggi di più

Transparency - I feel connected to our overall mission, and goals, because there is insight that comes straight from our leadership team that helps power my connection to the work I am doing.

Unlimited PTO! We work hard, sometimes the days are long and we are moving quick, but it is highly encouraged to take the time off to hit the recharge button. I always feel like I am a human, before I am an employee.

Doing something for the greater good. I love that we are not just selling a tool in an oversaturated market. Been there, done that, and didn't feel value in my job. Here, I love that I am indirectly making someone's life better and helping them succeed and grow their dreams.

Collaboration. Being a remote company, I was worried that collaboration would be forced, or even non-existent. I appreciate that I am able to work with a wide variety of people on a daily basis, reach out to anyone for questions or help, or even just send a Slack on a random topic to chat.

We rarely ever hear "no" when it comes to bringing ideas to the table. Input is encouraged here, and I always feel that if something is off, or if something is going swimmingly, I can speak up and voice my opinion and that it will be welcomed with open arms. We are all about action here.
