We started by demystifying complicated tax credits, saving over $100M – and countless hours of tax code research ????– for founders in nearly every industry. Then, we introduced MainStreet Procurement, simplifying expense management and contract negotiation for teams without the means to do it themselves, as well as our treasury management product that helps customers earn better yields on their cash reserves. From starting our morning meetings with high energy music, to rallying together to plan co-working trips to Breckenridge, to piloting new products in the span of weeks - I feed off the energy of my co-workers and we constantly push each other to bring out the best in each other

The best thing about my team is that every person is capable of providing great work independently and has a constant curiosity to make their teammates and work better and then they come together and form one of the most productive and dynamic work groups I've ever been a part of.

Collaboration. Being a remote company, I was worried that collaboration would be forced, or even non-existent. I appreciate that I am able to work with a wide variety of people on a daily basis, reach out to anyone for questions or help, or even just send a Slack on a random topic to chat.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Remote work can be complicated. It takes more time to learn personality traits and how individuals prefer to be communicated with overall.
