The talent overall is tremendous. There are some really genuine people here. Starting a new job anywhere is difficult and especially in a space where it is rapidly growing. Many are trying to find their lane and that includes me. More bad days than good at the moment but I am hoping that changes.

MainStreet is a place that helps exceptional people develop through challenging and meaningful work. It is also a place where people have a lot of fun whether it be through fun virtual events or all-company offsites in fun destinations.
