Disorganized and no room for advancement
Manager has no managerial skills at all
I feel that I am forced to rush through my patients as the schedule is cram packed to satisfy a numbers game that is not in the best interest of our patients. I do the best I can, but sometimes feel like I could be more thorough if I didn't have several patient waiting.
Overall a great experience with the exception of low pay
The people with whom I get to work and the lives we are impacting.
