The developer experience at Nextiva is pretty rough. Rather than being challenged by interesting engineering problems, it feels like we are plagued by a million inconveniences that shouldn't be so hard to solve. Nonetheless, coworkers are very friendly and managers legitimately care about you.
I am fairly new, but most of the experiences and interactions with others have been positive
