I feel like I get paid very well compared to other professionals my age in the industry, and even outside of the industry. Bonuses are based around what we bring to Nucor (business, production, etc) and promote that the harder you work to represent Nucor, the better you get paid.

Our leadership team is very open about goals for the future and how to position Nucor to be the best supplier for customers. Communication is clear and open and very consistent - when there is a question it is very easy to get in contact over a call to obtain answer.
