The employee stock incentive program is a nice bonus that keeps me invested in the well-being of Nucor's stock while also benefitting me

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My teammates feel like friends and family. I go to rhem when I have questions about cars, house, taxes and they take the time to respond.
