The opportunity to be interview by various people, rather than from one perspective through panel interviews. Nucor also does great job of catering their interview processes to the team, the role, and the candidate to make sure its the best fit for everyone.

They take it in steps...phone interview, usually a TEAMS interview and then an interview in front of an interview panel of several different teammates. They make you feel comfortable during the entire process.

I went through about three rounds. It started off small with a zoom call, which was a nice get to know you with my current manager. Then I had a panel interview, which was a bit nerve racking but was a good was for them to get to know me and the work I did/ want to do. Lastly, I walked the mill.
