My team has such a great dynamic, they work hard and well together. I always feel I can learn so much from each of them and they are always willing to help in any way. I have never connected with a teammate at Nucor that was not willing to offer support. It is something very special to be apart of.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers in my department do not help others grow, they try to limit them because they are not given or ask for the same opportunities. There is a lot of disconnect between departments and levels of leadership that causes a lot of tension.

It's not them, its me. Although we all could be less negative and calm down a bit. When it is busy everyone is stressed and in a bad mood and it just makes things more stressful.
