Communication is a priority. Nucor Leadership enables Teammates to feel confidant and excel in what we do. Taking pride in what we do allows us to make our customers feel prioritized and valued. Especially when they visit the plant sites!

Focus more on hiring quality help, these jobs are not for simple minded folks. Change the hiring process and stop making it take 3 months to get hired. Make decisions that let your team feel like leadership has their best interest at heart, not the bottom line $

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the raises I have received haven't even came close to the the rise in cost of goods, fuel and etc.

Making $90k in Kentucky or West Virginia is incredible where the median household is $36k. In Seattle the belt has to be pretty tight to support a family with that. That leaves TMs the choice of leaving family behind to relocate, accept the wages as they are, or look for a different job that pays.
