Waitress training, is largely focused on issues that don't happen day to day. Management is disconnected from their team. The customers who are the most disrespectful to wait staff consistently get rewarded. Some processes taught simply slow down service. Not all employees are treated equally.

Nothing good to say about management. However my team was amazing, extremely helpful,friendly, understanding. Made a hard day better.

They allowed me to ask questions. Gave me accurate answers. Meeting 2 of my managers made me feel more relaxed. Also being shown around directly after the interview gave me a good idea on what I was getting into.

AUTOMATIC GRATUITY. As a waitress the items on the menu that you work the hardest are the cheapest items. Unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks running back and forth for what could be hours for 1 table that has paid less then $10

Some items on the menu rarely get ordered or always get complaints. Listen to your employees! Judging waitresses on numbers is degrading, even if you had a great day and everything was correctly done your manager is disappointed and only has negative things to say. Change it.
