AUTOMATIC GRATUITY. As a waitress the items on the menu that you work the hardest are the cheapest items. Unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks running back and forth for what could be hours for 1 table that has paid less then $10

I feel that the tips shouldn't be taxed. Maybe that's not possible, but I feel like I work hard for that money and the guests don't take into account that we aren't getting the full amount of the tip.

Some are very kind, funny, and hardworking. Truly amazing people to do what they do and put up with the things they do for so little. Sure not all share the same work ethic, but overall it has been positive.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers consist of felons who are allowed to commit felonies/misdemeanors without concern from management or HR, over 50% employees non-English speaking, cussing at employees is accepted, and management will literally lie in order to get approval to fire you. Awful waste of time and traumatic.

They allowed me to ask questions. Gave me accurate answers. Meeting 2 of my managers made me feel more relaxed. Also being shown around directly after the interview gave me a good idea on what I was getting into.

Interacting with some of the guests and coworkers. The fact that there is nearly always something to do as well, so time tends to pass quickly is a nice positive factor.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Some items on the menu rarely get ordered or always get complaints. Listen to your employees! Judging waitresses on numbers is degrading, even if you had a great day and everything was correctly done your manager is disappointed and only has negative things to say. Change it.
