Warm and friendly, introduction to potential coworkers to chat about the job gor a few minutes in the middle of interview..makes nee employees more relaxed on 1 st day

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They need to be more clear on whats expected

Be faster and not sit in the back talking while people are waiting up front
Be aware of what the individual is even applying for before sticking anywhere you got a hole to fill
Better comunication , better way to explain how the schedule of work is made
it took too long to hear back between interviews and orientation
when i first booked my interview they scheduled it on a day when the correct manager wasnt there and made me wait 30 minutes just to send me home

The best response would definitely be for the hiring managers to stop using their past experiences and begin to give new applicants the chance to prove that they really want the job and not get judged by how they look or if they have two jobs.
Dont waste people time having them come in, telling them you most def need night servers and weekend servers, but than come out 15 minutes changing their entire story to "we're over staffed". After leaving my number to just simply talk to the serving hiring manager after my interview, no one called
