Our leadership team makes us enjoy coming to work daily. We all need that motivation.

They do have an open door policy, and listen when you have concerns, but it wont be resolved until you bring the concerns, even if they are aware.

Some managers are encouraging and want the best for us and also for the store! The GM on the other hand is terrible and isnt ready for her job title or either shes ready but feel entitled

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Making expectations clear before employees are reprimanded for executing actions that were unknowingly incorrect.

Taking action when a problem is brought up and not just laughing in my face. They need to make sure that they take things seriosly so problems like mine wont happen again.

Treatung everyone fairly and kindly

Communication, not beating around the corner giving the tools to succeed, and helping employees when they need help, and not chewing them away when they are asking for help

Stop putting people in management that have long histories of being verbally abusive and have no idea what they are doing.

i wish there was a way to make sure there was a safe space to report managers that are rude and unproductive

There needs to be mutual respect between managers and employees. The managers don't respect employees and the employees don't respect the managers.

They need better managers, they need to grow up

For the most part, the managers are great. The biggest issue is Collette and the way that she talks down on people with such a negative tone and she only brings negavity to the store. She picks favories and is extremely rude to good employes that just want to work. So many have quit due to her.

Hearing concerns, and actually doing something about them.

Not bully employees, not get high in the office and when you catch them they try to get rid if you and cut your hours

They need help. Not good with employees. They just care about sales and numbers being crunched to company's requests.

Not picking favorites, managing, not taking people off the schedule, being hardasses

Everything including the hiring process (waited 1.5hrs on 1st interview and 3hrs on 2nd interview), training (despite intensive training procedures, I had NO training due to lack of a trainer). I reported sexual harassment from another employee which led to him being disciplined while I was fired.
