What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have an amazing leadership team that i work with i had never worked in a restaurant before and i was given the opportunity to be a server and have learned so much from the leadership in the first three months that i have been there and can't imagine where i will be a year from now i can't wait!

I love how understanding the team is. They want whats best for each person and want us to succeed. Not only do they want whats best for their employees, but they also care about whats happening in the world.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Ive left my jobs here for previously stated reasons, i believe the management team needs to be held more accountable and servers deserve more compensation than they get.

Someone said personal informstion sbout me on the darden group text and the management didnt say anything to thst person it was negstive and degrading

Team work is the number one goal other than our guest manger's are always making sure we are working as a team and helping each other out and treating all of our guest like we would our guest at home or our family my managers and team have taught me so much in the first 3 months with the team

They need to be more clear on whats expected

Dont waste people time having them come in, telling them you most def need night servers and weekend servers, but than come out 15 minutes changing their entire story to "we're over staffed". After leaving my number to just simply talk to the serving hiring manager after my interview, no one called
