I really like working at OG as a server. The promotional deals are brutal though as people tend to tip on the discounted amount. And you only get a 3 table max section. But the $1 employee meal is awesome.

I feel that the tips shouldn't be taxed. Maybe that's not possible, but I feel like I work hard for that money and the guests don't take into account that we aren't getting the full amount of the tip.
