I do not feel under valued. I did not participate in the stock option.

The pay is low for unguaranteed hours. We are scheduled for shifts, but often they over-schedule the amount of waiters and when we show up, if there's not enough customers, they send some of us home. I drive 45 minutes through a metro area to get to work. I can't drive that to come home with $4 tips

We do joke around but when it is time to work we are all business.
