It has been a very mixed experience for me. The positive experiences are very positive--fantastic people, good learning experience, good culture. The lows have been very low--bad management, no growth opportunities. Overall good, a few bad apples.

Very hit or miss--so dependent upon which department or manager you are under. Some great people and experiences here but also many of the lowest lows of my career.

A lot of kind, invested people who want to do better and be better. Mostly treat others with respect.

They try to be personable and talk to anyone in the company--not hierarchical. They try to be transparent, and support diversity and sustainability. They are pleasant and positive.

Didn't get a raise for several years. When I finally did, it just made me whole from that gap--not sure I'd call that a raise. Poor benefits and "what perks?"

My compensation has not been adjusted for the record level inflation we saw last year, nor any routine cost of living increases. Benefits aren't adequate when it comes to mental health coverage.

I don't have a team but 90% of the folks I work and interact with are very kind, lovely and on top of it! There is always those few bad apples that rot though.

Leadership training would greatly benefit day to day relationships. Some people with less experience are being allowed to revive old-school working and leadership mentalities that hurt the culture of the company and team. Valuing team members at all levels.

There is a good level of encouragement in favor of work-life balance, relatively speaking. The workplace itself is beautiful, aesthetically pleasing. Generally people are kind and respectful. More space now, for people to be themselves--with the creation of the ERGs.

I really like what I do, but I don't feel like I am part of my team, or that I have enough purpose at the company. I felt happier, busier, and more accepted in prior role(s) here. I have not seen a significant opportunity to develop and grow here.
