Review from HR Dept
Paid Time Off and Holidays
I like the Care Plus Mobile app, it's easy to use and fun to get paid for easy things I already do, like steps and going to the dentist.
Review from Design Dept
Pay and profit sharing seems good. but benefits are too expensive.
Review from Design Dept
I appreciate the health and wellness benefits. I have never been at an organization that has highlighted those opportunities in the compensation/benefits package.
Review from HR Dept
The best part about my compensation package is having a competitive base salary, the ability to earn more through my performance, and having both a 401K and profit sharing.
Company events, snacks, groups and healthcare
Review from Finance Dept
The insurance has been easy to use, and the coverage is pretty good.
Review from Operations Dept
401K package with matching contributions.
Review from Finance Dept
The insurance is good, and I like the work perks we get.
Review from Finance Dept
Earning additional incentives through the mobile care plus app.
Review from HR Dept
401K matching, profit sharing and all those extra perks (free 1:1 live coaching, LinkedIn Learning, etc)
Review from Marketing Dept
I can not indicate one specific item that is the best part but as an overall complete package it is generous.
Review from HR Dept
Paid health incentives and flexible familial leave
Perks like TaskHuman and Wellness programs
Review from HR Dept
Profit Sharing is a great benefit for all employees and I appreciate working for a company which shares the results with all employees. It gives every employee (all levels/all roles) an extra incentive to do our very best each day.
Review from HR Dept
I was able to negotiate my salary.
Didn't get a raise for several years. When I finally did, it just made me whole from that gap--not sure I'd call that a raise. Poor benefits and "what perks?"
Review from Operations Dept
I have many years of experience, but not paid in line with it. Benefits are not good, expensive for high deductables and poor medication coverage.
It has more to do with the country and feeling poorer as time goes on. The raises do not keep up with inflation. In fact I felt more financially secure when I started compared to now. I have gotten raises consistently and I appreciate that more than you know, but it has become harder to get by.
Review from Operations Dept
I don't feel like i am fairly placed on the pay scale and management has not given me fair answer as to why that is or an opportunity to further discuss. I have made accomplishments and impact to our team but only get a pat on the back.
Review from Design Dept
As a small unit leader I am expected to do an know everything. So why have my own team if my team is allowed by management to get away with bad behavior, not show up on time, and keep unsafe work habits. I am told to do write ups but my leadership throws them out.
Review from Operations Dept
Even though location plays a part in my compensation, tenure should play a key role as well.
Review from Design Dept
I feel the history of one's previous experience, the role of job title, as well as the cost of living here in California should all be taken into consideration for compensation of each job title.
Review from Design Dept
My compensation has not been adjusted for the record level inflation we saw last year, nor any routine cost of living increases. Benefits aren't adequate when it comes to mental health coverage.
Review from Design Dept
I should have been given a raise by now. I feel undervalued to the point of being exploited and because of it, my motivation to care about my work is drastically reduced.
Review from Marketing Dept
I believe the work from home program does not include any compensation for the electric, wifi bill considerations.
Review from Operations Dept
I was brought in at a higher salary than the job I was doing, thus I have not received an increase since being hired almost 5 years ago.
