Profit Sharing is a great benefit for all employees and I appreciate working for a company which shares the results with all employees. It gives every employee (all levels/all roles) an extra incentive to do our very best each day.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was brought in at a higher salary than the job I was doing, thus I have not received an increase since being hired almost 5 years ago.

I feel like my team is a unicorn, hah! They are fantastic and definitely more ahead on issues of DEI and social justice compared to what I have seen from other teams so far. They are also very warm, welcoming and affirming!

That we are inclusive and imformative

The onboarding process is very warm and welcoming. It's different that what I am used to, but I appreciated the slower pace to really get to know folks before jumping into the work. I also appreciate the various events that are hosted for folks to meet and be in community with one another.
