It's been a bit of a rollercoaster, but overall, I would say it's not completely bad. The work from home made it easier and that alone will keep on board for now.

The most positive thing is the ability to work from home. I could be having a bad day and make it thru the day without being on display in a cramped office space like a potted plant.

I work so many hours; it seems like I am working for Minium wage at this point. By squeezing "the most" out of your employees you inherently devalue and demoralize them at the same time. Especially, if the employees like what they are doing. One should be compensated for their many contributions.
