Today I have just completed 3 years with Personiv and on the first day of Production I told my Manager that I would be here only for 3 years but now after the support and love from my team and the Organization it somehow has changed that thought even though I still remember what I said. :)

The set of beliefs of every individuals, their behaviors towards each other, the respect they give to their colleagues are some of the positivity to be found in each individuals here in Personiv

To be fair, I do not see that much of a difference in my compensation package as managing a back end campaign there is not much scope in terms of compensation. If we talk about our Basic Package, I would say we are fairly paid.

I would say that they are supportive in terms of growth and learning, they give constructive feedback which really helps me in understanding my goals. Also they have always put their employees first to ensure that they are satisfied with whatever support or concern they have.

Honestly, I love my Team. They are the most annoying sweet loving team ever. This is my second family and to whom which I am closest. They have always stood by me and has taken any challenges that has been put or given to them. In a year we have acquired many queues because of my Team.

My Team is the first reason that gives me that boost and makes me feel energetic every single day when I am in office. Then my co-worker Chandan who's a jolly person and supportive at all times. Last but not the least my Manager, he has supported me in every aspect in order to improve the business
