I think the compensation structure needs to be reevaluated and needs to have a little more transparency because we evidently see a lot of money is spend in comfort/leisure of a few executive team members in the name of excursion/off-site and other internal activities.

Favoritism shouldn't be criteria of promotions and corruption should be curbed, as it sets a very wrong example before those are serious about making a career
