
It is great to do things after work with people and on the weekend. People get along and enjoy being around one another
Everyone is really nice, hard-working, and genuinely has a great attitude. The culture is a lot of fun and coming to work is usually enjoyable.
Flexibility, seeing my team being successful, and money. We do get a guilt trip when asked to take time off, but it is approved mostly.
I think they do a solid job of communicating and putting together detailed outlines to why things are important and are able to outline the vision and direction of the company.
For the amount of work we do and the amount of extra things asked to do I do not feel $68,000 is remotely close to a competitive salary. Especially with "override" does not add up even with people doing 400K> annually. We have to bill/lead/mentor/manage in the most expensive city in the world.
