I like arranging floor pieces and changing floor sets.
It's a small team so it feels more tight knit.
We all work together well and respect each other aas co-workers.
It was straight forward and I felt like I could be myself.
If there is pressure to make big sales on items like furniture, then we should get some kind of recognition or compensation. It's basically just a "Good job! Here's your minimum wage."
My co-workers, store manager and I get along. I don't like there is high pressure to make large sales, but we don't get any commission or even recognition for those sales. You end up wondering what's the point of pushing for big sales.
