We work as a team. If you are a new Associate or an Assistant Store Manager we all work together everyday. No one is better than another. At my store the Managers clean the restrooms, it’s not the Associate’s job. We ALL share

Our company doesn't seem to know what direction to go and they absolutely don't seem to want the opinions of the very people on the front lines who could make a difference in this company surviving or failing. Those of us who work with the customers every single day and know their opinions.
