  • Not too bad...but it's a pot of PTO rather than vacation/sick time. That inevitably leads to more sick folks at work saving PTO for vacation.

  • They have recently hired from outside for some senior leadership positions, so that's an encouraging trend. Historically, they have promoted those that are good developers in to leadership positions, and often they are not good leaders. So, now we seem to have a mix...those that can do attempting to lead, and those that can lead. Hopefully time will even this out to be more populated with true leaders.

  • Q2 Engineering team rates their overall benefits a D and most of them think the perks are Neutral. 47% of Q2 employees in Engineering say they are satisfied with their benefits.
