When presented with a problem, it should be handle immediately without the customer having to follow up on the promises made by the employees. I even spoke with the Administrator to the Store Manager and never received a call back from either of them.

Spectrum: There needs to be a better way for customers to resolve issues without having six technicians come and have the customer call 600,000 times to report before any work is done.

The GEO Group: I really enjoy the company, although this survey may indicate otherwise. The issues I have are with how restricted we are by IT. I get the security importance, but it constantly interferes with my job transactions. Any other issue is minor, and minor issues work themselves out.
