State Farm Insurance: Customer experience and service. Rates are ridiculous and only increase every renewal even after receiving multiple discounts on top of being a preferred driver.
Office Depot: My coworkers and supervisors are great. Management has discouraged open discussion of wages and cuts hours into 1/3 of standard if enough customers refuse to sign up for store's rewards program.
