TP: Great, everything seems to work well. As a trainee I value the dynamics of the team primarily because sometimes there are task that we couldn't handle individually.

And that trait is what I don't see in other BPO companies where the competition with one another is loud inside the room. But with TP, everyone is fair no matter what your previous experiences.
