Overall it's been good. It was very hard in the beginning due to a corrupted employee that they finally got rid of. We all have worked together as a team and have built this store to a profitable status. I don't feel as confident that it will continue to grow in the same pattern.

We have some employees here that have helped build this store for many years and are very knowledgeable about how to make a customer happy to return. Those ideas from us should be considered in our everyday operations and not just told that it's not the direction the company is going.
