Workday: A big step down from what it once was
Concentrix: this has been a great place to build and grow a career. We're in a challenging time right now as we evolve out business. Time will tell if the current strategy and direction of travel will be successful or not.

Workday: I love this company. I am proud to work here. I do not want to work anywhere else BUT Change is constant, especially here. In my experiences these changes hurt the employees monetarily and in career advancement.
The Salvation Army: In terms of diversity and training it is not regulated properly. The CEO is hands off, so that leaves the doors open for middle management to run the facility the way they choose. That includes right or wrong and no regulation is involved. Hands off approach decreases oversight in daily structure.
Nucor Corporation: It has been very good, fast paced, challenging, and I enjoy it. I am given opportunities to grow and travel which is much appreciated. The normal schedule and the office politics take away from the experience.
Workday: I'm treated like I matter as a person at Workday.

LexisNexis Legal & Professional: It's a good place to work. I have a better work/life balance and job security than I could've hoped for in my profession. The company genuinely cares about its employees' happiness.
Conagra Brands: Hostile environment. Plant and HR managers give great preference to white caucasian people. They don't care about most of their employees and they can let them go anytime. I've seen a great employee who worked for 18 years for them, and he got fired and not for a good apparent reason.
Startek: So far so good, satisfied with the workload for my position.
LexisNexis Legal & Professional: Strong teams and meaningful work keep me motivated, but SLT turnover in Business Systems hurt continuity. The loss of Carolyn and Reena still stings teams that saw real transformation. Interim leaders often drove better execution than final hires. 3product teams under AB, AK, and MK feels fragmented
Air New Zealand: effective training in the different aircraft seating configurations, to avoid misunderstandings and false information.
Food lion: I shop a Food Lion store 1194 and the employees Nicole , Nana, and Giovanni give great custermer service. They offer to help and always have a smile!
Safeway: Safeway hires anyone with pulse and no criminal record
ManpowerGroup: Great company, but huge. CEO and other executives have no idea some of us even exist. But company has a great benefits package for most positions, and I enjoy working for them. (Experis)
Staffmark: Staffmark is the worst company they dont communicate they have you put you personal info & dont have you start working
Olive Garden: I love my job but at the same time I've never had a vacation and it's always a issue when I try to take the time that I've earned

American Airlines: 90% of the time i am satisfied, but last year I took a trip that qualified as a " trip in vain"! Due to mechanical issues, i never got to my destination!! The AA employees on the ground clearly labeled this a "trip in vain" and my cost was over $1000 but American denied my refund!!
