Princess Cruises: The customer service is the absolute worst of any company I have ever had to contact. Calls are routinely not returned. Emails that state they will be returned in 2 business days take over a week to respond. When calling on the phone, I am currently on hold for one hour and 10 minutes!!!!!!!!

ADP: ADP is a fantastic company to work. There are people with plenty of experience, but at the same time that's a chalalnge as well. We are behind industry on many things especially techniology and security. Things move slow and employee/leadership engagement is low.
Speedway: More often than not, the soda dispensers aren't working, the gas pumps have issues, the employees seem very unhappy, there are HUGE craters as you're driving in the parking lot on both entrances, at least 8 inches deep in a few places. Don't you care about your customers?
