Customer Service and employee teemwork
Everyone is looking out for each other. At clock out no one says "goodbye", they say "see you tomorrow".
Catching an error or glitch at the very beginning before it would cause multiple people hours or days to fix and the company thousands of waisted dollars in the fix.
I have worked with this company 20 years and my wages are 2x minimum wage, currently less than the starting pay for new yard workers. To pay my rent, utilities and expenses, I had to start Social Security and fortunately I just passed my full retirement age. Retirement to me means finding a new job.
This year's medical benefits are over the top, the best since I started working here. This will be my last year only on company HI and I will be moving onto Medicare. My docs did lots of investigative tests. This year most were a covered cost as preventive care. The goal is to keep us healthy.
