The overall experience is very pleasant and engaging and I'm really hoping to be working in this company for the next 2-3 years if that would be possible since I have a very enjoyable expereince with my team and I hope that we get to work together as a team for the next couple months or years.

They are very approachable people and they always bring out the best of us which is what I like because it encourages us to work and be better at what we do everyday.

It would be that we always help each other daily whenever there's something we can't fully understand and we always interact with each other and i'm very grateful to be a part of them.

For me, it is very rewarding since working in a BPO industry can be challenging and stressful at times but being compensated highly is good as it makes me feel rewarded for what I contribute to the company.

For me it would be being around or meeting different kinds of people with unfamiliar faces who came from different backgrounds. It's what I really love in this industry to honest, since you get to learn more qnd about their backgrounds and just being around them.
Che cosa ti rende più felice sul posto di lavoro?
For me it would be interacting with the team, it just feels good to be around them and I would love to be an outgoing person to be honest since I mostly stay on solitude for long periods. Working in this industry is a breath of fresh air.
