I think they have been more involved the past few years. They have been approachable too and they balance both need on performance and understanding that we work at an industry that deals with people.

Then need URGENTLY to meet and know better their operations people and lower teams. It's easy to point someone without knowing the context or the enormous efforts on keeping the operations team together. Personally, they have NEVER step on their operations floors, or i have never seen them there.

i was able to use my critical illness benefits (10 additional paid leaves). one in 2018 and recently when I had my heart attach on January 2026. I have a total of 30 days paid time off that I can use to rest.

I believe the benefits package could be improve to better support employees' overall well-being and needs.

I think because i pay for the insurance of my wife and kid. If they bake that in the policy may not be two atleast 1 carried dependent that way people will feel much more attached to the company because of the insurance without impacting their actual pay.

I truly love my job and dedicate myself fully to my responsibilities. However, managing two sites has significantly increased my workload. Because of the volume of tasks required for both locations, an 8-hour shift is often not enough time to complete everything.

I think its the open door policy. i can only speak for the department/account i handle. Leaders are approachable there is the mindset of helping.
