ive been part of the company for 11 years it has been a good experience. The opportunities while there are is really outweighed by the culture, workmates, and direction our leadership has.
What makes you most happy at work?
Talking and shaping my own team to be better at their craft.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think its the open door policy. i can only speak for the department/account i handle. Leaders are approachable there is the mindset of helping.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My collegues. I have built solid relationship with the team across other departments. This has made me feel involved and my opinions seen and valued.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think they have been more involved the past few years. They have been approachable too and they balance both need on performance and understanding that we work at an industry that deals with people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think because i pay for the insurance of my wife and kid. If they bake that in the policy may not be two atleast 1 carried dependent that way people will feel much more attached to the company because of the insurance without impacting their actual pay.
