Compensation decisions need to genuinely reflect performance and contribution of the individual. Efficiency, productivity and creativity should be used to drive performance gains and company performance.

I have checked with a consultant and I should get a higer wage. I think that the issue is that I have started my career at TP and it is hard to be paid as your peers when you evolved in the same company
