In my role, we face customers, clients, leaders, employees, while being compliant. There are a lot of compliance tasks; daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, yearly. It drains so much of my energy on a daily basis and my salary can only support me and my family's basic needs. A little increase is good.
