Why are we the one to open our payroll account? Benefits is not provided on day on of work. cut off date and pay date is so far apart; 10 days. I have a payroll problem . Emailed multiple times, no response. Colleague is sending requirement only and not reporting a problem, immediate response.

I believe some of the companies here in Cebu offers a higher compensation to newbie bpo employees and it is based on what I know from my fellow bpo friends. The benefits are good but I somehow wished the base pay would be much more higher or reached my expected value.
