Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
The facility is nice. Unfortunately the management and our benefits is not fair. We've been working here for almost a year but our Government benefits are still not posted. We already followed all the informations needed. HR cannot provide exact reason why it was not posted.

My colleges are so friendly and kind

As of now, I can't say something until our concerns will be heard
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation should be fair for us to feel that the employees has value. The benefits that should be for us needs to be posted ontime. Until now, we are still waiting for the benefits to be posted
