What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop complaining at every turn. Do your jobs first before complaining. Don't compare the previous managers to the current manager. Stop gaslighting. Help other trainers proactively.

They need to improve on respect. We are asking our coach/trainer so they should've remain silent for us to hear the answer rather than clicking unmute and answer it instead. Trainer knows best even you say that you already have 10years BPO experience.
