Human resource development and appropriate staffing are needed. If expectations are not met, a demotion process must be created.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My team is rated by clients significantly higher than other teams, but by superiors is normal. To begin with, my superior does not know the role of our team in detail. What is he evaluating?
