What is the best part about your compensation package?
The HMO package is greatly appreciated, and it is indeed one of the most valuable components of the benefits offered. However, I am hoping that the coverage could be expanded to include at least one or two additional dependents under the HMO plan.

I'm in 18yrs in the company and yet the appraisal we got only 3% increase every yr. I'm dedicated in my work and its proven. We have multi task functionality especially in compliance .Hope this will change and have a fairly increase
