Their ability to foster open communication, clear vision, and trust among members. Focus on empowering individuals and aligning daily work with a shared purpose.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being on my position and workload, I really feel that I am underpaid. Especially that additional tasks (originally from other team) is being given to our team. We have additional roles in the company that is not declared on our contract without additional compensation.
