provide allowance to support groups, e.g. rice, meals, transpo. provide xmas gifts so that employees could bring something for their families, e.g. ham, xmas baskets increase the salary of customer experts. 16k-18k is the salary a decade ago. re-evaluate the annual increase rating. 2%-6% is very low

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Inconsistent incentive allocation. At times, two Team Leads from our LOB receive incentives, while in other instances, only one is recognized.
