It was interesting. It opened my eyes and made me realize that being an adult is hard. That making a living is hard and not easy. This company also open new opportunities for me. As I newbie, and someone who doesn't have any work experience, TP is a good start since it's beginner friendly.

provide allowance to support groups, e.g. rice, meals, transpo. provide xmas gifts so that employees could bring something for their families, e.g. ham, xmas baskets increase the salary of customer experts. 16k-18k is the salary a decade ago. re-evaluate the annual increase rating. 2%-6% is very low
