As a new hire in this company I still have plenty of things to learn, I still have more challenge to encounter. I don't have much to share about my experience here but on my first day of applying here until I became part of their team it was very fulfilling that I was able to secure the job.

provide allowance to support groups, e.g. rice, meals, transpo. provide xmas gifts so that employees could bring something for their families, e.g. ham, xmas baskets increase the salary of customer experts. 16k-18k is the salary a decade ago. re-evaluate the annual increase rating. 2%-6% is very low

I would appreciate it if the company could offer free lunch and dinner for trainees and agent. Also about the benefits I think giving employees the perks to have their eye check up for free is a must.
