Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like the current pay Im getting is not at par with the current job market. The ones that are new comers are being offered with higher pay and the salary increase yearly couldn't even keep up with inflation.

All my salary cut-offs had disputes. At first, I let it slide cause I was just a newbie. But ever since I started working for this company, it has never changed. The dispute is still there even though we reached the HR regarding this kind of issue

1. salaries for no work experiences at all should be different from those with work experiences whether bpo or non-bpo 2. having hmo on day 1 or even 15 days after start of training is a big plus as a benefit as it ensures us immediate access to medical care and it gives us a sense of protection
