Aveanna Healthcare: I really enjoy my job. I feel like my training was not thorogh and i had to figure a lot out on my own. Overall I feel supported and I can ask questions, but when you dont get adequate training, its difficult to ask questions because you simply dont know what you dont kmow.

FedEx: I've worked at FedEx for over 25 years and I've watched more and more benefits go away. The company is not keeping up with the cost of living. Quality employees are leaving because they can make comparable money elsewhere. Now with FedEx One only 2 weeks old we've already lost overtime after 8 hrs.

Smith's Food and Drug: Almost everthing now. The quality snd service we came to appreciate is no longer. The prices and food quality is so disappointing that we are planning to shop elsewhere after being a loyal 25+ year customer. The stores are not staffed and shelves empty.

There are a lot of opportunities for growth, the team (in my store) show a great deal of respect and acceptance, the company takes care of their people with food, empowerment, financial gain. I learn something new every day and the customers are great (mostly).

Extremely slow, unprofessional, and lots of disconnect between the different groups. Terrible platform for interviewing and terrible follow up process!
