Right now, lack of leadership and communication is the problem. Zero team building. The best thing is that people seem like they get along with eachother.
I dont use the health benefits, so I dont know. This job is $5 less than my last job (same title). I wish hourly compensation was more here.
I like most of my coworkers. Most appears to be competent and care about patients. Most are new, however. We've had a lot if turnover in the 3 months I've been here.
We need leadership and guidance and support. Our office is giving exceptional care, in the absence of an ED, and it would be nice to be shown appreciation by corporate. The office needs to dial back on the scriptures and prayers because not everyone practices it.
We have no real leadership. No ED since the 1st of April. We have been given major accolades as a new team by both families and facilities but very little recognition. The team works hard but without the support and incentives, people wont stay. There is certinly no "fun".
